Lindsay Tofano, CHRL, CDMP

Lindsay Tofano, CHRL, CDMP has extensive work experience in Human Resources. Lindsay has been working in the field since 2007. Her most recent role is Senior Manager, People Operations, Canada at Terminal since 2022. Prior to that, they were Senior Human Resources Manager at 48North Cannabis Corp. from 2019 to 2022. From 2013 to 2019, they were Learning and Development Specialist, HR Business Partner, Training & Development, and Human Resources Business Partner at Stryker. From 2007 to 2013, they were Human Resources Manager, Sr. Human Resources Representative, and Human Resources Representative at G&K Services Canada. Additionally, from 2007 to 2013, they were Health & Safety Co-ordinator at ABB Inc., where they revised health and safety documentation, developed and implemented new health and safety procedures, encouraged employee involvement in health and safety, communicated health and safety information to ABB employees, coordinated and conducted safety orientation for new hires, maintained employee training records and datasheets, and assisted in the development and administration of the facility's WHMIS program.

Lindsay Tofano, CHRL, CDMP has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McMaster University, which they obtained between 2003 and 2006. Lindsay then obtained an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College between 2006 and 2007. In 2009, they obtained their Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRL) from the Human Resources Professionals Association. In 2010, they began studying at Mohawk College to obtain an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Disability Management - Return to Work Coordinator, which they completed in 2015. In 2013, they obtained their Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) from NIDMAR. Additionally, they are a Certified Member Joint Health & Safety Committee from the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board.
