Roxana FLORES SUAREZ

Roxana FLORES SUAREZ has worked in various roles since 2013. Roxana began their career as an Account Coordinator at MP Marketing Group, then moved to Account Executive at Grupo MAP in 2016. In 2018, they took on the role of Human Resources Coordinator at Ford Motor Company, where they were responsible for maintaining personnel-related data, performing orientations and onboarding, and scheduling and attending career fairs. In 2019, they became Talent Acquisition Coordinator LATAM at GRUPO PRODENSA, where they were a headhunter for Siemens Gamesa in LATAM. In 2020, they began working as a Human Resources Associate US at Microsoft, where they were the first point of contact for employees and provided HR related assistance. Currently, Roxana is a TA Lead Coordinator LATAM/Canada and TA Coordinator Canada/LATAM at Terminal, where they are responsible for maintaining strong data integrity and partnering with the talent team to open and close jobs.

Roxana Flores Suarez obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Administration/Gestión de servicios de hostelería from Universidad del Valle de México between 2008 and 2012. Roxana then completed a specialization in Publicidad at Universidad del Pedregal between 2016 and 2017.
