Valentina Aguirre

Valentina Aguirre has been working in the design industry since 2016. Valentina began their career as a freelance editorial designer, before joining iKono Telecomunicaciones as a graphic designer in 2016. In 2020, they held editorial design roles at both Astrolabio Editorial and Capibara Libros Dibujados. That same year, they also began working as a freelance UX/UI and visual designer, creating digital content, branding, and information design for various clients. In 2021, they joined Globant as a UX/UI and visual designer, where they created a collaborative design system library and designed the interface of the CRM side of the platform, including desktop, tablet, and mobile views. Valentina is currently employed as a product designer at Terminal, which they joined in 2022.

Valentina Aguirre obtained a degree in Graphic Design from the Fundación Universitaria del Area Andina between 2011 and 2016. In 2021, they obtained two certifications from the Interaction Design Foundation and the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF): Become a UX Designer from Scratch and Design Thinking: The Ultimate Guide. In 2019, they began a Master's degree in Editorial Production from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos, which they are still pursuing.
