Arshaan Merchant

Arshaan Merchant is an experienced professional with a background in operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Director of Operations (Canada) at Terminus Payments since May 2020, Arshaan focuses on helping small and medium-sized businesses reduce payment processing costs and enhance revenue through innovative solutions such as gift card and loyalty programs. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Staff Accountant and Campus Ambassador at Deloitte, where responsibilities involved engaging with students and fostering educational initiatives. Arshaan also worked as a Project Associate at Enactus UBC, inspiring high school students in entrepreneurship. As the Founder of Unlocking, Arshaan developed strong relationships with cell phone wholesalers, providing competitive services to customers. Arshaan holds a degree from The University of British Columbia, having completed studies from 2016 to 2020.
