Daniel Kornreich

Daniel Kornreich has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Daniel began their career as an intern at the New York State Assembly in 2013 and later served as a Legislative Assistant and Staff Assistant for the Office of the Supervisor at the Town of Greece. In 2012, they also worked as an intern at Press Here Publicity and served as the RPM Director at WCDB Albany.

Daniel's career then transitioned into the tech industry, starting with their role as Operations Manager at Arbor, Inc. where they managed day-to-day operations and special projects. Arbor was later acquired by LiveRamp in 2016. At LiveRamp, they first joined as a Technical Recruiter and sourced and hired developers with expertise in various technical areas. Daniel later became the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and continued to lead recruiting efforts across different departments.

After their time at LiveRamp, Daniel joined Rippling as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Daniel played a crucial role in scaling the Engineering and UX teams during a period of hyper-growth. Rippling is a compound startup automating HR, IT, and Finance workflows for the SMB market.

Most recently, Daniel joined Astronomer as a Staff Technical Recruiter. Astronomer.io is focused on building enterprise-grade, managed-service data solutions using Apache Airflow. Daniel's expertise in technical recruiting will contribute to the company's growth.

Currently, Daniel is the Head of People & Talent at Ternary Inc., a position they started in 2023. This role emphasizes their leadership and strategic skills as they oversee the company's talent acquisition and management efforts.

Daniel Kornreich attended Commack High School for an unspecified period of time. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at the University at Albany, SUNY, which they completed from 2009 to 2013.
