James Jackson

James Jackson has over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. James began their career in 2006 at Tandberg Data Corp./Exabyte, where they served as Business Unit Owner & Product Development Manager. In 2011, they moved to Tendril Networks Inc., where they were a Sr. Product Manager & Product Owner. After two years, they joined Limelight Networks as Director of Product Management. In 2014, they were hired by SolidFire, Inc. (now a part of NetApp) as Dir. Product and GTM Strategy. In 2016, they took on the role of Dir. Product and Solutions at Wowza Media Systems. In 2018, they began working at Apptio / Cloudability as Sr. Principal Prod. Mgr. / Minister of Fun. In 2021, they joined Workday as Principal Product Manager/ Principal Product Strategist. Currently, they are the Head of Product at Ternary Inc.

James Jackson completed their MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in Technology Innovation Management. From 2013 to 2014, they were an Urban Leadership Fellow at the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation, studying Business/Civic Leadersship, Management, Public Policy, and Fund Raising. James also holds a BA in Molecular Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
