Aaron Sease

Aaron graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. After graduating, he worked for 3 years at a Fortune 500 paper and packaging company in various maintenance & reliability roles. During his time there, he worked on capital projects and machine outages. Aaron then spent 2 years as a project engineer at a construction company, where he worked on several multi-million-dollar projects, focusing on mechanical and plumbing systems in healthcare and lab settings.
