He brings to the company his extensive experience with operations, R&D, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and management of public and private companies.
Previously Bill was CEO and an executive director of the construction materials group of a 4.2B FTSE 100 firm and co-founded a privately held company that performed heavy civil infrastructure projects throughout the western US with 1600 employees.
