Jane Everhart

Jane Everhart is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of experience in financial management, including 20 years as a CFO for high-growth, entrepreneurial companies. Jane has helped companies achieve incredible success by propelling growth, profits, and culture. Throughout her career at OtterBox, Gorsuch Ltd. and Brinkman Real Estate and Construction, Jane has navigated tremendous domestic and international growth, resulting in profit increases from 35% to 300% during her watch. As Global Director of Finance and Accounting at Otter Products, Jane was instrumental in leading and managing as the company grew revenues from $50M to a $1B and employees from 100 to 1000 in 4 years. Responsibilities included financial strategy, global expansion, building and leading high performing teams and executing on 2 ERP conversions for complex manufacturing processes. Jane currently holds the role of CFO/Executive Director for Brinkman Construction and CFO/COO for Brinkman Real Estate. Primary responsibilities include managing cash flows, forecast, returns and strategic capital structures. Jane has astutely negotiated and secured over $100M in financing with creative deal terms and covenants and maintains and cultivates all banking relationships.
