Sushanta Bhusal

Sushanta Bhusal is a Senior Staff Engineer and Group Manager at Terracon, where responsibilities include managing geotechnical projects ranging from small to large scales, conducting field reconnaissance, subsurface explorations, field logging, laboratory tests, geotechnical analyses, and report writing since October 2017. Previous roles include serving as a Visiting Lecturer at Mid Western University in early 2014, focusing on undergraduate civil engineering courses and coordinating laboratory settings, as well as being a Research and Teaching Assistant at Washington State University from 2009 to 2013, teaching geotechnical and highway material labs. Earlier experience encompasses working as a Civil Site Engineer at Nepal Electricity Authority, contributing to hydroelectric power projects through slope stability designs and CAD drawings.
