Shaun Austin

Shaun Austin's work experience includes serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Terra Firma Solutions since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the positions of Legal Director and Head of Legal at the same company. Before Terra Firma Solutions, Shaun worked as a Legal & Contract Manager at Abengoa from August 2015 to August 2017. Shaun also has experience as a Contracts Manager at O&M Letsatsi & Lesedi PV Plant from May 2014 to August 2015. Shaun's earlier roles include Office & Legal Manager at Rawson Properties Bloemfontein North from March 2013 to May 2014, Attorney/Department Head at Maritz, Schreurs & Du Preez Inc. from February 2012 to February 2013, and Candidate Attorney at Van Wyk & Preller Inc. from March 2008 to January 2012. Shaun started their career as a Student Temp at Podbielski Mhlambi Inc. Attorneys in November 2006.

Shaun Austin completed their education in a chronological manner, starting with their time at Welkom Gimnasium High School from 2002 to 2003. Here, they successfully obtained their Senior Certificate with Merit. Following their graduation from high school, Shaun enrolled at the University of the Free State in 2004 and completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Law in 2007. Shaun continued their academic pursuit at the same university and from 2008 to 2011, they earned their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law.
