David Thomas possesses extensive legal experience, currently serving as Principal and In-House Counsel at Terra Firma Capital Partners since January 2018. Prior to this role, David worked at Travers Smith from March 2008 to December 2017, where responsibilities included Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor positions. Additional experience includes a role as Legal Counsel (secondee) at the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2011 and a secondee position at 3i Group plc from September 2009 to March 2010. David holds a Law (LLB) degree from Durham University (2003-2006) and a Legal Practice Course (LPC) qualification from Cardiff University (2006-2007), alongside completing secondary education at Chepstow Comprehensive School from 1995 to 2002.
