Eleanor McMillan is a seasoned real estate investment professional with extensive experience in the sector. Currently serving as Principal at Terra Firma Capital Partners since July 2023, Eleanor previously held the position of Investment Director at Savills Investment Management from April 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, Eleanor was Director of Residential Investment & Development at Savills, contributing to transaction advisory, consultancy, financing, and valuation services in the residential sector across the UK and Europe from October 2012 to March 2021. Earlier roles include Financial Analyst at Air Capital Asset Management (UK) Ltd, where Eleanor worked on a joint venture with Goldman Sachs, and positions at Deloitte, progressing from Graduate to Executive in the Corporate Finance advisory division. Eleanor earned an MA (Hons) in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, graduating in 2003.
