Grant Schlereth serves as the Head of ESG at Terra Firma Capital Partners since April 2022, where responsibilities include leading ESG strategy and operations across a diverse portfolio encompassing residential housing, hospitality, food franchises, luxury jewellery, and agriculture. Previously, Grant was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from July 2015 to April 2022, contributing to European sustainability initiatives and launching Orphoz in the UK. Earlier experiences include Senior Project Manager at Arup, focusing on sustainable design, Project Manager at URS Corporation, where sustainability planning was emphasized, and Sustainability Lead at Laing O'Rourke, concentrating on sustainability in construction processes. Grant holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
