Carolina Oleas is an experienced agricultural professional with a strong focus on sustainable practices and natural resource management. Currently serving as Director of Natural Resource Management at Terra Global since June 2021, Carolina also operates MonteMar Sustainable Farm as Production Manager and Owner since October 2012, designing sustainable coffee production practices. Previous roles include Regional Program Coordinator at CLAC and Agricultural Consultant at Conservation International, where Carolina developed urban garden training programs and supported small farmers in adopting sustainable agricultural techniques. As Chief of Party for the AGTEC Project at the Borlaug Institute, Carolina managed a $2 million budget and supervised projects benefiting over 12,500 small farmers. Carolina's extensive background is complemented by a Master’s Degree in International Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science and Natural Resource Management from Universidad EARTH.
