Lucía Radeljak is the Managing Director UK at Terra Institute, where Lucía supports companies in their transformation journey towards innovation and system change. Lucía is also the Co-Founder of Månsken, a company dedicated to reducing the demand for raw materials by giving surplus yarns a second life. Lucía previously worked as a Researcher Consultant at Forland Paragominas, focusing on forest landscape restoration, and founded Huerta Circular to promote sustainable urban gardening. With a background in international relations, environmental management, and engineering, Lucía has a strong foundation for their work as a Sustainability Consultant and Regional Director in various organizations.
