Rick Bischoff

Rick Bischoff is an experienced Project Manager at Terra Technical Services, LLC since March 2021, following a notable tenure as a Mechanical Engineer at NAVAIR from June 2007 to March 2021. At NAVAIR, Rick served as the lead peculiar support equipment engineer for the T56 Turboprop Engine program for the US Navy, where responsibilities included conducting engineering investigations on defective equipment to assess causes, recurrence likelihood, and potential risks to personnel.
