Matthew Hart

Matthew Hart, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Investment Analytics at TerraCap Management, LLC. In this role, Matthew oversees underwriting, coordinates acquisition closings, and handles financing for acquisitions. Prior to this, Matthew gained experience as an Asset Management Intern at TerraCap Management and as an Accounting Clerk at Collier Financial Inc. Matt graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
