Fred Buhamdan, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Vice President and Southwest Regional Manager at Terracon since August 2010, where responsibilities include promoting services, managing projects, and supervising department personnel to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
