Fred Buhamdan

Fred Buhamdan, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Vice President and Southwest Regional Manager at Terracon since August 2010, where responsibilities include promoting services, managing projects, and supervising department personnel to ensure client satisfaction and profitability. Prior roles at Terracon also include Senior Principal and Geotechnical Department Manager, where Fred directed complex projects and coordinated resources. Earlier experience includes positions as Principal at APD Consultants, Inc. and Project Engineer at AESCO Technologies and FAH Contractors and Engineers. Fred holds a Master's of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mutah.
