Theresa Bridges

Theresa Bridges is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in managing and developing talent acquisition strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as Recruiting Programs Manager at Terracon since February 2015, Theresa has played a key role in enhancing recruitment efforts within a multidisciplinary consulting firm. Prior to this, Theresa held the position of Senior Recruiter at HNTB Corporation, focusing on infrastructure solutions. Theresa's earlier career includes significant roles at Black & Veatch, where leadership in military and diversity outreach initiatives was key to strategic recruiting efforts, and at Kelly Services as a Vendor Manager. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University.
