Chris Havens

Chris Havens is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Broker Associate at Resources Real Estate and as Managing Director of Office Leasing at TerraCRG since May 2015. With expertise in commercial real estate, Brooklyn office leasing, tenant and owner representation, Chris has held various influential roles, including Advisory Board member for the African-American Real Estate Professionals of New York and the West Indian Day Parade Committee. Chris is also a trustee for the Brooklyn Children's Museum and a founding committee member of the Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable. Previously, Chris has worked with aptsandlofts.com as Director of Commercial Real Estate and Citihabitats as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in American Cultural Studies from Macalester College and a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Hunter College.
