Ofer Cohen

Ofer Cohen is a seasoned professional in the real estate and housing development sectors, currently serving as Principal at Ailanthus, a transformative housing creation platform since November 2023. As the Founder and Chairman of TerraCRG, a position held since February 2008, Ofer has been instrumental in shaping the landscape of Brooklyn real estate. Ofer also serves as a Board Member for the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation and previously held the role of Board Chair at Downtown Brooklyn Partnership from June 2018 to November 2023. Prior experience includes Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services and Creative Director at SonicNet, Inc. from 1996 to 1999. Ofer’s extensive experience spans various leadership roles within the industry.
