Romain Sinclair is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector with extensive experience in leadership and sales strategies. As a Senior Associate at TerraCRG since October 2024, Romain enhances value-generating strategies within the firm. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Investment Sales at Greysteel, where Romain led comprehensive deal processes, closed transactions worth $30 million, and supported the sale of $92 million in multifamily properties, earning the "Professional of The Month" award in January 2021. Before Greysteel, Romain was recognized for significant business development efforts at the firm and contributed as a Strategy Analyst at Accenture, specializing in the M&A life sciences practice.
