Liana Scobie

Liana Scobie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Liana joined TerraCycle in 2011 and has held various positions including VP, Financial Performance and People Operations, where they managed financial goals and led the global HR team. Prior to that, they served as the Global Director, Staff and Administration at TerraCycle. Liana also had experience at Tacklebox as a Cohort 5 member, at Capital Institute as a Fellow, at Smart Cities Advisors as an Intern, at Fundacion Biosfera as part of an International Fieldwork project, and at New York Sun Works as an On-board Educator.

Liana Scobie began their education in 2002 at The Loomis Chaffee School, where they completed their high school education in 2006. In 2007, they enrolled at Colorado College and earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 2010. Liana then pursued further education and completed a Professional Certificate in Financial Analysis from New York University between 2011 and 2013. In 2008, they participated in the Migration and Identity Program at DIS - Study Abroad. Additionally, in 2009, Liana studied Asset-Based Community Development at the Global Engagement Studies Institute at Northwestern University.
