Lyndon Lee Yi Xian's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2020, they worked in Last Mile Logistics at Ninja Van, where they structured a BNPL product for last-mile delivery. In 2021, they were a founding member of the Biz Ops team at Glints, a leading tech-enabled talent platform in Southeast Asia. Lyndon also worked in Corporate Venture at Rainmaking, scouting startups in maritime decarbonization for clients such as Vale, Shell, and Cargotec. Additionally, they worked as an analyst to the family office of Affirm's founding COO at Affirm, where they made angel investments. Lyndon also worked at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as a co-author on digital agriculture and at Wavemaker Partners, a venture capital firm focused on deeptech and B2B, where they worked on a climatetech venture builder. In 2022, Lyndon co-authored a paper on forestry-backed asset design at Imperial College London, and in 2023, they joined Terraformation as part of their Climate Impact (Go to Market) team, a reforestation tech company founded by ex Reddit CEO and others in the PayPal mafia.

Lyndon Lee Yi Xian's education history includes attending Duke University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. They also attended Peking University for a Summer School program, focusing on Advanced Chinese Language. Prior to these, Lyndon Lee Yi Xian completed their secondary education at Dunman High School.
