Artem Redkov has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Artem currently holds the position of Premium Services and Support Director at TerraLink Global, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at SAP, where they worked in various customer-facing roles. From June 2018 to October 2022, Artem served as a Team Lead of the solution support team, leading strategic engagements and providing advisory services to customers in the oil and gas and retail industries. Artem also played a crucial role in contract value positioning, renewals, and upsells. Before becoming a Team Lead, they held the positions of Senior Technical Quality Manager and Technical Quality Manager, where they communicated with C-level executives, managed stakeholders, and supported the account team in sales. Artem's career at SAP started in January 2008 as a BW and BOBJ Consultant, and they later transitioned into a Consultant role.
Prior to their time at SAP, Artem worked as an IS specialist at PMSM from September 2005 to December 2008. Artem also worked as a Technical Analyst at Philip Morris International during the same period.
Artem Redkov began their education in the year 2000 at Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH" named after D.F. Ustinov. Artem pursued a degree in IT and completed their studies in this field in the year 2005. Additionally, from 2003 to 2005, they attended International Business and Communication University, where they obtained a degree in Business/Managerial Economics, specializing in management.
