Mikhail Stepanov

Mikhail Stepanov has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Mikhail is currently the Global Head of Services Delivery at TerraLink Global since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SAP as a Services & Support Partner in the MENA region from May 2016 to January 2022. Mikhail also served as the Transformation Program Manager at LUKOIL Technology Services from December 2013 to April 2016. Before that, they were an Associate Partner and SAP Delivery Leader at IBM from September 2012 to November 2013. Mikhail has also held multiple roles at SAP, including Director and Head of Delivery Management, Quality Director, Industry Principal, and Delivery Manager in the CIS region from 2002 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as a SAP Practice Manager at Ankey/Smart Technology Group, SAP Implementation Lead at Tyumen Oil Company, SAP Implementation Team Leader at Rexam Beverage Can, and Business Analyst at Coffee Trading Company, LLC.

Mikhail Stepanov obtained a Master's degree in Systems Analysis & Design from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) between 1992 and 1998.
