Gustavo Schaper

Gustavo Schaper has diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Gustavo currently holds the position of CFO at TerraMagna since 2022. Before that, they worked at Syngenta Digital from 2020 to 2022, where they served as the Latam Digital Hub - General Manager/Sr. Operations Director and later as the Head of Operations. At Syngenta Digital, they led the global rebranding and the creation of a global software platform. Gustavo also contributed to significant growth and the successful transition of the company's leadership.

Prior to Syngenta Digital, Gustavo worked at Strider Agro from 2018 to 2020. At Strider Agro, they held various roles, including Head of Operations - COO and Finance and Business Intelligence. Gustavo played a crucial role in integrating different startups acquired by Syngenta and transforming the company into a multinational digital company. In addition, they created a strategic business intelligence group and implemented various analytical tools.

Gustavo Schaper also worked at lavemcasa in 2018 as the Head of Operations and at Pimenta de Avila Consultoria from 2006 to 2018. At Pimenta de Avila Consultoria, they held multiple roles, including Operations Director/COO, Sales and Operations Manager, and Planning Supervisor.

Gustavo Schaper completed their education in a chronological order, starting from their undergraduate degree and progressing to various executive education programs. In 2008, they received a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. In 2010, they attended the Fundação Dom Cabral for a Leadership Development Program focused on Business Management. The following year, from 2011 to 2011, Gustavo Schaper enrolled in a CEO Leadership Development Program at the Fundação Dom Cabral. Additionally, in the same year, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed in 2013. Lastly, in 2014, they participated in an Executive Education Programme in Strategic Business Management at the University of Lausanne - UNIL.
