Austin Elliott

Austin Elliott currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel - Corporate and Securities at ADT since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Terran Orbital Corporation, where notable achievements included the completion of a $450 million all-cash merger with Lockheed Martin and successful execution of two capital-raise transactions totaling $70 million. Elliott has also held positions as Corporate Legal Counsel at Elastic and as an Associate in Capital Markets and Securities at Kirkland & Ellis. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Florida. Additional experience encompasses teaching and research assistant roles at Duke University, as well as various legal and leadership positions during undergraduate studies.
