Neeraj Kapil has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR roles. Neeraj Kapil is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at TerraPay, where they have a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and implements strategic workforce planning and recruitment strategies. Prior to this, Neeraj worked as the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Mavenir, where they were responsible for hiring over 1,000 professionals annually and establishing a global recruiting team. Neeraj Kapil also served as the Global HR Talent Acquisition Manager at Ericsson India, managing cross-functional teams and implementing talent acquisition strategies. Neeraj has experience in project management, process improvement, and performance management, gained during their roles at E-Meditek Global Pvt Ltd and Emerson Network Power. Neeraj Kapil also has experience as a podcaster, blogger, and author, and has completed research on automotive deployment of CAR cover. Neeraj holds expertise in diverse areas such as SAP HR, data analytics, and change management.

Neeraj Kapil has a diverse education history. Neeraj Kapil completed their M.Sc in Bioinformatics at IASE from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and completed an Honors program in Human/Medical Genetics at St. Joseph's University from 2001 to 2004. Neeraj also received their schooling in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at Kendriya Vidyalaya, INS, Hamla from 1987 to 2000.
