Gloria M. Steinberg

Gloria M. Steinberg is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and commercial law, particularly within the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel, Commercial at TerraPower since May 2025, Gloria previously held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel, IP at NuScale Power from September 2021 to May 2025, where responsibilities included negotiating strategic commercial contracts and managing IP assets. Prior to that, Gloria was a Tech Transactions/IP Attorney at Han Santos, PLLC and owned Steinberg Intellectual Property Law LLC, providing legal services to tech companies. Gloria’s career began in the US Army as a Captain in the Medical Service Corps. Gloria holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from Drexel University.
