Lindsay Vance is a seasoned professional in the field of emergency planning and licensing engineering, currently serving as a Licensing Engineer at NuScale Power since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lindsay spent over twelve years at Dominion Energy as an Emergency Planning Specialist IV, and before that, worked as a Radiological Emergency Planner at the South Carolina Emergency Management Division from November 2006 to June 2009.
