Noelle Kodys

Head of Customer Advocacy and Retention at Terraseed

Noelle Kodys has a varied work experience, beginning in 2004 with a Temporary Project Manager role at UBS Cayman Islands Ltd. Noelle then worked as a Youth Treatment Counselor at Imagine! from 2010 to 2012, and as a Mental Health Counselor III at Children's Hospital Colorado from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they co-founded Big Bear Care, LLC and also worked as a Homeschool Teacher for a private family. From 2017 to 2019, Noelle worked as an Associate Community Relations Manager at Gaia Inc. and most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Head of Customer Advocacy and Retention at Terraseed.

Noelle Kodys has a PhD in Holistic Life Counseling from the University of Sedona, which they obtained while also completing a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Metaphysical Sciences. Prior to this, they attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Ethnic Studies with a focus on Education, Peace and Conflict Studies.
