Jean-Marc Grandjean

Jean-Marc Grandjean is a highly experienced medicinal chemist with a current role as Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Terray Therapeutics since July 2023, following an Associate Director position in the same field. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Scientist in Oncology Discovery at AbbVie from February 2020 to July 2023. Jean-Marc's expertise encompasses significant contributions at UCSF from February 2016 to February 2020, focusing on neurodegenerative diseases and successfully advancing lead compounds' potency. A postdoctoral fellowship at UC Berkeley from August 2014 to February 2016 involved the development of organometallic catalytic systems. Jean-Marc completed a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where research emphasized environmentally friendly reaction methodologies.
