Thierry Delmotte

Thierry Delmotte serves as Directeur Qualité at Terre de fromages since February 2024. Previously, Delmotte held the positions of QHSE Manager/Prevention Counselor and Quality Manager/Prevention Counselor at Alysse Food S.A. / Groupe Roullier from September 2020 to February 2024 and from May 2006 to September 2020, respectively, specializing in the production of American-inspired bakeries and bread. Prior experience includes Quality Manager roles at Fromagerie Biologique de Vielsalm & Chevrardennes and Herve Société S.A., overseeing organic and semi-hard cheese production while implementing food safety standards. Delmotte began a career in quality assurance as a Laboratory Technician at Orafti and completed internships related to soil mapping and study for agricultural applications. Education includes degrees in prevention counseling and industrial engineering with a focus on agronomy.
