Prior experience includes Quality Manager roles at Fromagerie Biologique de Vielsalm & Chevrardennes and Herve Société S.A., overseeing organic and semi-hard cheese production while implementing food safety standards. Delmotte began a career in quality assurance as a Laboratory Technician at Orafti and completed internships related to soil mapping and study for agricultural applications. Education includes degrees in prevention counseling and industrial engineering with a focus on agronomy.
