Karine Goudy

Karine Goudy is graduated from Neoma Business School and completed her training with an MBA specialized in Human Resources from the University of Paris-Dauphine.

She began her career as a recruitment specialist, notably at Ernst and Young.

Since 2003, she has held a number of HR management positions within the Faurecia automotive group, both at the plant and at headquarters.

In 2018, she became Human Resources Director of the Seating Systems Division, which has 7,000 employees in seven countries.

Karine Goudy joined the TERREAL Group in February 2021 as Director of Human Resources.
