Currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Quality at BBB Industries, LLC since September 2021, Hugo oversees new product development, product engineering, and quality assurance. Prior roles include Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement at Hydraulex, Vice President of Quality at Sodecia, and Director of Quality Assurance at AlphaUSA, where responsibilities encompassed customer and supplier quality engineering, plant quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards such as IATF16949.
