Carole Bate

Carole Bate is a seasoned professional in health development and social action, currently serving as Chargée de Développement Santé Solidarité at Terres de Montaigu since March 2022. In this role, Carole coordinates various health and family plans, focusing on health prevention for seniors and children. Prior experience includes responsibilities as Responsable Projets & Développement at ADMR LOIRE-ATLANTIQUE, where Carole managed inclusive housing and support for caregivers, and as Pilote MAIA at CLIC IGEAC, focusing on maintaining autonomy at home.
