Dustin Bartels has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Dustin began their career in 2010 as a Junior Marketing Manager at HOLY FASHION GROUP, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Student Consultant at both BASF and GE Capital. Dustin then joined Helpling as a Working Student Business Development and later became a Business Development Manager from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they co-founded InCircles // Greenhouse Innovation Lab at Gruner + Jahr. Currently, they are working at TERRITORY Influence (Bertelsmann Group) as the Head of Product - InCircles since 2018 and has been the Director of Product since April 2020.
Dustin Bartels completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Sciences from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München between 2007 and 2010. Later on, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Master in European Business (MEB) from ESCP Business School between 2013 and 2015.
