Lorie Birk

Lorie Birk has a varied work experience spanning several industries. Lorie most recently served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Terros Health. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at HR Law Works, LLC. Lorie also held various roles at Mountain States Employers Council, including Arizona Vice President Member Services and Employment Lawyer. Lorie has experience in providing HR consultation, representation in labor investigations, and advising on employment law issues. Lorie has also served as the HR Director & Corporate Counsel at Opportunity Management Group and Acumen Fiscal Agent. In addition, they worked as the Corporate Counsel and Acting Human Resources Manager at Inter-Tel Inc. and held managerial roles at Diversified Software Systems, Inc., where they managed HR, corporate counsel, and corporate governance functions.

Lorie Birk has a J.D. from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law. Lorie also holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of San Diego. In addition to their degrees, Lorie Birk has obtained certifications as a SHRM-SCP from SHRM in April 2015 and as a SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2011.
