Stephanie Watson

Stephanie Watson serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Terros Health, where responsibilities include fostering a culture of caring and excellence through engagement, communication, community partnerships, and inclusion. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of VP, Professional Development at the Ohio Bankers League, overseeing DEI initiatives for over 65,000 bankers. Experience at Nationwide Insurance as AVP of HR involved strategic consultation for a large Claims organization, while earlier roles included HR Director at Nationwide and Director of Human Resources at Heartland Bank. Stephanie began their career at State Farm Insurance as a Claim Specialist. Educational qualifications include a degree in HR Management from The Ohio State University and further studies at the Graduate School of Banking.
