Claudia Laughridge

Claudia Laughridge is an accomplished executive with a diverse background spanning over three decades in various industries. Currently serving as CEO of URways since April 2019, Claudia has expertise in transportation and mobility. Concurrently, as a Dealer and Partner at Terry Reid Group since 1998, responsibilities include strategic initiatives and new business development. Previous roles include Hotelier and Partner at Reid Ridge Lodge, where significant transformation of the property was achieved, and an Account Executive and Private Banker at Citi, focusing on high wealth customers. Early career experiences also include leadership in international marketing at Metacorp. Claudia holds several degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts from St. Francis College and advanced education in strategy and automotive dealer management from Stanford Graduate School of Business and NADA University, respectively.
