Larissa Meza

Larissa Meza is an experienced R&D Engineer at Terumo Aortic, with a career spanning from March 2020 to the present, where roles have included R&D Engineer II, R&D Engineer I, Process Development Engineer I, and Research And Development Intern. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the Ophthalmic Biophysics Center-Bascom Palmer Eye Institute from January 2019 to March 2020, focusing on optical coherence tomography and the effects of medications on eye lenses. Earlier, from February 2017 to January 2019, Larissa worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Department of Architectural, Civil and Environmental Engineering, conducting studies on carbon fibers and fiberglass materials. Larissa holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Miami.
