Marc Ramer

Marc Ramer is a seasoned professional in the medical device industry with extensive experience in research and development, program management, and leadership roles. Currently serving as Program Manager and Director of R&D at Terumo Aortic since September 2017, Marc also founded and advises Regentys since September 2015. Prior to this, Marc held positions as Program Manager at Naglreiter Consulting and CEO at Asana Medical, Inc., where the focus was on early-stage medical devices in the gastrointestinal space. Additional experience includes serving as Director of R&D at Innovia LLC and Principal Engineer at Cordis Corp, along with a role as Research Engineer in orthopedic biomechanics at Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute in Italy. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in Engineering (biomaterials) from the University of Florida, biomedical engineering from the University of Miami, and bioengineering from the University of Utah.
