Eric Faller

Eric Faller possesses extensive experience in the biomedical and technical support fields. Currently, as a Technical Specialist with Terumo BCT since November 2006, Eric specializes in global device support, focusing on releasing spare parts and developing installation and repair instructions for a range of medical devices. Prior to this role, Eric served as a Technical Specialist, providing technical call support, training, and documentation for North American operations. Before joining Terumo BCT, Eric worked for GE Healthcare as a Biomedical Equipment Technician, performing preventive maintenance and repairs on various medical equipment. Eric's career began at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, where a decade was spent as a biomedical technician through various contracting companies. Education includes an Associate degree as a Certified Electronics Technician from Career Technical Institute and ongoing studies at Red Rocks Community College.
