Florian Deichmann

Florian Deichmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the medical devices and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as General Director at Terumo BCT since November 2017, Florian leads a global team dedicated to advancing blood and cell-based therapies. Prior roles at B. Braun Group from March 2005 to October 2017 include Head of Global Program Management and Plant Manager, overseeing a significant manufacturing plant in Vietnam with over 800 employees. Florian's career began with an apprenticeship in Industrial Mechanics at B. Braun Melsungen AG, followed by a strong educational background, holding degrees in Economics and Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule Wismar and the University of Kassel, respectively. Additionally, Florian contributed to the German Business Association as a Board Member from May 2014 to February 2015, supporting German business interests in Vietnam.
