Mark Ingebritson

Mark Ingebritson has a solid work experience spanning over three decades. Mark most recently worked at Terumo BCT as the Vice President-Finance and Accounting from February 2012. In this role, they managed global accounting and finance functions for a medical devices company with approximately $1 billion in annual revenue. Mark was responsible for financial reporting, accounting policies, internal controls, and supervision of regional finance teams and factories across multiple locations.

Prior to their role at Terumo BCT, Mark worked at Molson Coors Brewing Company from 2005 to 2012. Mark began as the Sr. Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting from February 2005 to August 2009, followed by serving as the Assistant Treasurer from August 2009 to February 2012.

Before joining Molson Coors Brewing Company, Mark worked at Coors Brewing Company as the Director of Accounting from August 2003 to February 2005, where they directed the accounting close process and resolved accounting issues within the U.S. beer business.

From 1999 to 2003, Mark worked at Katy Industries, first as the Controller from March 1999 to November 2001, then as the Treasurer and Director of Financial Reporting from December 2001 to July 2003. Mark'sresponsibilities included SEC reporting, accounting issues resolution, and management reporting, as well as corporate treasury and bank relationships.

Prior to their time at Katy Industries, Mark worked at Coors Brewing Company as the Manager of Corporate Accounting from August 1997 to February 1999. In this role, they oversaw monthly close and reporting and resolved accounting issues within the U.S. beer business.

Mark started their career at United Airlines in 1992, where they held various positions including Senior Auditor, Manager of Interline Revenue Accounting, and Manager of Financial Reporting. From 1988 to 1992, they worked at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Auditor.

Mark Ingebritson obtained a BBA degree in Accounting from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, completing their studies between 1984 and 1988.
