Jais Sebastian

Jais Sebastian is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Production and Administration at TERUMO PENPOL Private Limited since August 2019, focused on blood bag manufacturing. Prior to this role, Jais held the position of Senior Manager in Human Resources at Merchem Ltd. from July 2006 to August 2019. Jais has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Kerala, earned between June 2020 and April 2023, and holds a Master of Labour and Personnel Management (MLPM) from Lucknow University, attended from 1996 to 1998.
