Minttu Sinisalo

Minttu Sinisalo is currently a Board Member at Hakonen Solutions Oy and a Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at aTalent Recruiting. Previously, Minttu served as the SVP HR at Terveystalo and held various leadership roles at Finnair, including VP of People and Culture and Head of Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent. With a background in finance, Minttu also worked as a HR Manager at Finnair Pension Fund and as a HR Manager at August Associates. Minttu began their career as a Treasury Trainee at Huhtamaki. Minttu holds a MSc in Economics (Finance) from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
