Sami Vellonen

Sami Vellonen is a seasoned technology and business leader with extensive experience in information security, software development, and digital services. Currently serving as Director of Business IT & InfoSec at Terveystalo, Sami has also held various senior leadership positions within the company, including directing platform and software engineering efforts and founding the Terveystalo Compliance & Security Centre. Sami's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in the management of SaVe Solutions, which focuses on business and technical consultancy. Previous roles include Head of Business & Solutions Consulting at Qvik, Head of Digital Capability at Stockmann, and significant positions at Posti Group Oyj, Paf - Games Sport Casino, and Tieto, where contributions spanned digital transformation, agile methodologies, and innovative solution development. Sami holds a Master's degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of Jyväskylä and a Bachelor's degree in Internet Services from JAMK University.
